We want the Federal Government to outlaw all States and Cities from introducing any new rent controls for private landlords.
We need to stand together:
Rent controls are where the government, either at state, city or county level dictate to you and me as landlords how much we can charge for rents when renting out our own properties!
We stand with you against the tyranny of government overreach. Rent control is nothing more than craven politicking designed to split our country social fabric and sow discord amongst our world leading free market.
The United States of America has been a stalwart defender of the individual and their right to exercise their right to choose how to live.
From healthcare to housing we defend everyday Americans who make hard decisions every day in a country more and more entrenched in regressive government interference.
We fear that these relentless attacks on Landlords who have always had the freedom to set market rates for their properties will irrevocably damage our economy and set us back to an America we no longer recognise.
